Perfectly located to get around with ease, and with staff that couln't have been more helpful and friendly. You arrive to a complimentary matcha and the entrance alone is like stepping into a soothing spa. The incense and the beautiful fountain and rock gardens under a latticed roof really transitions you out of the hot busy city into a cocoon. Our room was generously sized with attention to detail in every design choice. I could have stayed here forever and will definitely be back. Book it, you won't regret it.

Prije Kyota smo bile u Tokyu, a nakon u Osaki. Niti jedan hotel mu nije ni blizu po kvaliteti, prostranosti soba, udobnosti i ljubaznosti. Doručak je odličan! Probati daiku i mocha, a onsen iskustvo je čisto savršenstvo.

The hotel is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. Convenient laundry facilities, never had to wait more than a few minutes until a washing machine was available. Good location close to the station.

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. I like the location next to Kyoto station. I liked how big and cleaned the hotel was, and the staff were very friendly. however, the in room dining menu was lacking

IMU HOTEL KYOTO is situated in Kyoto, 5-minute walk from Shijo-Karasuma Metro Station and Hankyu Karasuma Station. Everything was great! Room condition, free facilities was awesome, especially the hospitality was the best. Already planned to visit in upcoming summer. Can't wait for it!
