Ottimo ostello, camere private pulitissime ed ampie. Bagno privato in camera comodissimo e attrezzato. Asciugamani inclusi. Aria condizionata e ventilatore perfettamente funzionante. Abbiamo preso contatti online e ci hanno aiutato per tutto: l'organizzazione dell'Ha Giang Loop e i nostri trasfer in bus per Hanoi (erano previste anche altre destinazioni es. Sapa, Nihn Bihn, Ha Long Bay). La comunicazione è stata ottima sia dall'Italia che in loco, la pianificazione anche e il prezzo del tour nella media. La colazione con vista è minimalista, ma di buona qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Situated in Ha Giang, HagiangGo Hostel-Motorbikes rental and Tour offers a bar. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent! Our room was massive and very comfortable. Good location - just a few minutes from the bus station and close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good too with a choice of baguette, eggs, side of veggies or noodle soup. We also did the Ha Giang loop with HaGiangGo, using easy riders. Mr. Phương was great in explaining the route, points of interest and arranging it for us. Our easy riders, Hieu and Giang were fantastic, very safe, capable riders, friendly and very helpful - they scored major points from us with how safe and contentious they were about not consuming any alcohol even at night just in case - in their words, “our lives were in their hands and they didn’t want to take any chances”! We couldn’t have asked for better easy riders. Thank you Mr. Phương, Hieu and Giang for a fantastic trip!

Such a great hostel in Ha Giang. We stayed 1 night before our bus to Hanoi. The owner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great breakfast and comfortably bed! I would stay again.

They have yummy snacks in the room at a reasonable price. They offer laundry service priced per kg and it was a reasonable price. They kept our luggage for 5 days while we were doing the Ha Giang loop and they booked us a sleeper bus back to Hanoi. The bus picked us up at the hotel.

Tûyet spoke great English and was very helpful in arranging transportation with us. we loved the pool as well and the food was really good. the place was clean as well. the staff works very hard to keep the property beautiful!!

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Ha Giang prima di partire per un giro sulle montagne. Ha giang è una città medio piccola, non ha tante attrazioni da offrire ma ha tutti i confort per organizzare un viaggio in moto in montagna. Infatti abbiamo affittato la moto ad Ha Giang la nostra escursione in montagna.

Hotel economico ma molto carino e pulito. Zona centrale per girare il centro di Ha Giang anche se la città ha poco da offrire. Ottimo staff, molto disponibile. Possibilità di prenotare tour del loop. Senza l'aiuto dello staff non saremmo riusciti ad anticipare il bus per la tappa successiva.

I love to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the jungle. The property is absolutely beautiful. I feel I am “forest bathing” when I’m there. it’s tranquility in the jungle with beautiful butterflies at its best. It’s quiet and peaceful . Its away from the air, noise pollution and crowds. we enjoyed hiking in the surrounding villages and returning to a thermal bath and a lovely dinner. it was definitely worth the spurge.

The stay at Hoang Su Phi was magical. Hien took extraordinary care of us. We felt like family. The meals were exceptional and she went above and beyond to make sure our large family was cared for. The placement in the hills was magnificent with panoramic views across a stunning vista. Hien arranged a trek with a local guide, Sai, who brought us through the rice terraces and to an incredible home-stay lunch. This is truly a memory of a lifetime.

Shortly after our arrival my husband became very unwell and he collapsed in the room. The staff were incredible. My husband was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and a staff member came with us to interpret for us. The director of the hotel also came to the hospital with food for us. Their kindness was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time.
