Service is like an unpretentious Mandarin Oriental hotel, which is absolutely incredible.

Clear views of Kilimanjaro from the top floor and very nice, comfortable rooms. The property owner, Gabriel was very helpful and attentive in making sure my stay was an enjoyable one. The food and restaurant service was very good. Exceptional value for money here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again on a return trip to Moshi.

A very nice and calm place. The five Villas are beautiful and its great with the seating area outside. Interior is nice, the beds are firm and the Roms are spacious. The restaurant is Well kept, with a great breakfast buffet. A supermarket is close by. The pool area is relaxing, gym facilities with everything you Can ask for. And a view of Kilimanjaro if the weather allows it. I will come back.

First stop in mainland Tanzania and was just spectacular. Mille took care of all of our needs, cars, trips even my husband's dairy free birthday cake. Food was vegan/vegetarian and delicious at a fair price. Wifi worked great. Had a generator so that even when the power went out it came back on almost immediately.

My wife and I spent just one night at The Secret Garden hotel but we were absolutely impressed by the personal approach and warm welcome delivered to us by the host. He was extremely kind, helped us with sorting out our 4 days safaris, through their Sister company, Nomad Explorer Tours as well pointed us to a great place nearby where we had lunch and went the extra mile so that we feel great. The Secret Garden hotel itself was extremely stylish and cozy, Delicious Dinner and Breakfast - amazing value for money. Thanks Daudi and his team, we will come back again soon
