They have a 24 hour front desk, which was really helpful with our late night train departure. It's convenient to the shopping center and a 7-eleven if you need anything. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

There's a coin-operated self-service washer AND dryer in the lobby area—change is provided. All signage throughout the hotel is in Thai and English. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. One of them spoke good English, and another spoke fluent English. I was able to park my car on the premises.
