Located 1.4 km from Gränbystaden shopping centre, ArenaHotellet i Uppsala features a restaurant, bar and views of the city. Free private parking is available on site subject to availability. Everything was excellent. Nice room and friendly staff. For dinner I had the flapsteak frites, and the milkchocolate brulee with an irish coffee for dessert it was all very well prepared and tasted excellent. The deluxe double room I had felt roomy and had a small relax corner with a small sofa and table where I easily could setup my laptop be comfy and watch netflix. The room had a great view of Uppsala where in the far distance I could see the city church and the uppsala castle. The location was great for when traveling from or to the north of sweden as it was in very close proximity to the E4 highway. The elevators was close to the entry facing the parking lot so it was easy to unload the car and get all my bags into my room on the top floor and ofc out to the car in the morning. The room had a small bathroom but the shower didnt feel small at all which was nice.
