The staff was friendly and helpful (and empathetic about the issues multiple people have had) and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of the rooms. That part would get them a 5 Star rating if it weren’t for the rooftop bar…

We liked the location and the facilities: the sauna and the pool were great! It was very clean and the staff very nice. As the hotel is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the forest, this comes with advantages and disadvantages: if you are a dog person, is ok because they will be there to welcome you and ask you for food; if you are not a dog person, the mountain dogs might be a little scary...

Opened in 2010 but completely renovated in 2023, Hotel Tolea is an elegant and stylish hotel, located a few minutes' walk from the city center. Clean room, staff was very polite and helpful, tasty food both at breakfast and dinner.
