The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. Lovely view from the spa. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of selection and very tasty.

True 5 star hotel in the mountains. Both outside and inside swimming pools, 3 jacuzzies, nice modern rooms with balconies, amazing views at day and night, good parking. The breakfast was ideal and the dinner was just a nobleman feast, completely beyond any expectations, kids rated it "7 stars" - the best of great Polish kitchen with the choices beyond wide and highest food quality. Service oriented, not tired, friendly staff in reception and restaurants, high attention to details everywhere, like a separate big coffee machine for those who need lactose-free milk, free e-car charging, etc. etc....

We had a fantastic time. The breakfast was delicious; the place was very cosy and spotlessly clean, and the staff was welcoming and happy to help with all our queries. We liked the location right next to the forest and local hiking trails. We will be coming back.

Amazing place, great staff, great service. Breakfast is not super unusual, you can make a waffle, and there is a good selection of salads, cheese and meat. Small but very cozy swimming pool, and a fancy outdoors sauna that is a nice addition for a snowy weather. Restaurant itself is not very fancy but there are nice events there sometimes like live music. Spa is of a good quality, had no issues there. Staff is always welcoming and happy to help. Almost everyone knows English so we were able to communicate quite well.

Charmingly situated at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains and featuring free, indoor pool, Boutique Eco Hotel Sasanka is a hotel spa resort that offers the perfect holiday retreat in the mountains. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I enjoyed breakfast very much and the wellness area as well (pool, hot tub, and sauna).

The 4-star Hotel Kryształ Conference & Spa is located in Szklarska Poręba, 600 metres from the Szrenica Chairlift. It offers bright rooms with air conditioning and an LCD TV with satellite channels. It is an amazing & dog-friendly hotel. With spacious room & bathroom with an acces to great spa area. We would like to come back there.
