The Oasis sucked me in with its serene vibe right off the bat. Lotus flowers chilling in giant pools that surround the lobby - so chill! The aspect that I enjoyed the most during my stay was the high quality level of service provided by the staff at Bursari Heritage. I specially appreciated the service provided by Mr. Phaeng who welcomed me at the hotel. He made me feel at home and always provided me with top-class service. Hotel is across the street from the night market and within walking distance to the major sights. The hotel assisted us with booking tours that were reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was varied and generous. But the best part of the stay was the kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff. They took time to get to know us and went above and beyond in helping us. One person even accompanied me to the post office to mail a package home. We look forward to a return visit.

What a hotel. Rosewood lives up to expectations. The interiors are stunning. The whole property is beautifully laid out with the old house looking immaculate. I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were such a pleasure. The level of service is superb. We had a pick up from a restaurant where the driver waited for us for over half an hour even though his shift had ended.
