People from Tsuruoka are the kindness and it was confirmed by the staff of this hotel that did everything they could to make us happy. As being vegan, they prepared a special breakfast for me which was delicious. We had to leave early in the morning and they prepared it before the opening of the restaurant which was lovely. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very spacious. The onsen is amazing as well. We had a great time and we will definitely come back! Thanks again.
