Amabilitat de tot el personal. Habitació molt amplia i comfortable, fins i tot amb un sofà de massatges! Bona localització a prop dels principals atractius de Miyajima com el tori flotant. Onsen a l'hotel, una experiència genial. El sopar i l'esmorzar (pots triar entre oriental i occidental) també ens van agradar molt (et donen opcions vegetarianes amb un petit extra). Tenen un shuttle que si vols t'acosta a la terminal del ferry.

La situació es excel·lent per visitar Miyajima. L’hotel es a pocs metres de l estació de tren, del metro i del ferry. El personal es molt amable. L’esmorzar es correcte.

The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. It was a tasting menu for dinner and breakfast which was a fabulous way to try different Japanese foods. The hotel was spotless and the bath in the room was amazing

El personal és molt amable, i l’hotel està molt ben situat, només a 5 min caminant de l’estació de ferry i enmig dels carrers principals. Disposa d’un microones, que vam fer servir per escalfar coses que havíem comprat per sopar i esmorzar; tot estava tancat a partir de les 6pm i no hi ha supermercats a l’illa, pel que si no reserves el sopar i l’esmorzar de l’hotel cal comprar-ho abans de pujar al ferry. L’últim pis consisteix en una sala comuna amb una gran vidriera amb vistes precioses al poble i des d’on es veu la pagoda del temple principal. El dia que marxavem plovia molt, i un dels propietaris es va oferir a portar-nos fins l’estació de ferry. Moltes gràcies!!

La senyora Shinko, que gestiona aquest petit ryokan des de fa 37 anys ens ha tractat a cos de rei, super amable i atenta. El sopar que haviem contractat, tot molt bo i ben presentat, amb algún plat amb influències de la cuina fancesa, com l'ostra escaldada en una crema de llet aromatitzada.El sahismi deliciós, una tempura impecable i uns niguiris d'anguila que no hi podien faltar. Vam tastar un parell de sakes, reconano el Dassai, millor que un d'una edició que van crear per una visita del Barak Obama. L'esmorzar japonés fantàstic i delicat. Comentar que l'aparença exterior de l'edifici, un pèl deixat, no fa justícia del que a dins experimentaràs.

Conveniently and calm location. The food was exceptional and a highlight of our stay. After visiting the island, the onsen offers a good chance to relax.

Everything was simply excellent and absolutely perfect. We felt luxuriously pampered in this beautiful ryokan. Its position is great, just minutes from the Itsukushima shrine and the great torii. It is perched on a hill, so rooms have the most perfect view on the torii and the sea. However, this is not an issue with luggage as there is an on-call free shuttle service from/to the port, that even picks you up on arrival, or delivers your luggage when leaving. Kaiseki dinner and japanese-style breakfast were highlights of our stay and absolutely fairly priced considering the half-board rate of the room. We also enjoyed the private onsen for a thirty minute slot that we could choose at check-in. Our room was very spacious - we guessed it could host 3 more people, with beautiful tatami and complete with yukatas to wear and a nice welcome tea served to us upon arrival. Amazing and unforgettable stay!

Away from the crowds - definitely one of the best hotels of our stay in Japan. The room was spacious and very well equipped. All you need after a great day outside Miayajima is your yukata, your basket full of bath products to chill and relax in the onsen. Amazing japanese breakfast awaits you downstairs in the morning. Bonus : prepare yourself, the onsen is unbelievable!

Absolutely recommended. Super nice staff, and just a place to feel welcomed. Also certainly worth staying on the island for the night. :)

We had the traditional breakfast which was interesting and new for us to try. The flavours were all nice and beautiful presentation.

We stayed in the deluxe room with a private onsen (spa bath). The setup of the room was fantastic with a small shower before the onsen to quickly hop in and out of the bath throughout the day. The location is a 5 minute walk from the water which means it's nice and quiet away from the bars. It's also a short walk to the Itsukushima Jinja. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were fantastic all you can eat buffets and with our room we had a special hot plate of abalone and vegetables cooked at our table which was delicious. The onsen was already being filled by the time we got to our room and operated without issue while we were there. Room had plenty of amenities and the drinks in the mini bar were all complimentary. There are plenty of good places to eat near by and a convince store within the hotel. I'm unsure why this place has as low of a rating as it does. It was a fantastic stay and I wished we stayed longer.
