There is no doubt that in the future I will return to stay at this hotel thanks to the kindness and wonderful service of Francesco! The second employee I would like to mention is Jean Luca : a professional guy, kind, smiling, polite, takes care of every little thing, pays attention to every detail, has initiative, is always interested if everything is okay and offers help. Nice to know he remembered how I drink the coffee every time! Service above all my expectations! Of course the rest of the staff are wonderful, (Nora from the lobby is charming and smiling) Starting with the cleaning team of the room, lobby, reception! The hotel itself gives a feeling of home in the best sense. The design is lovely - the lobby, the rooms, the shower. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are wonderful!
