We had an amazing room with a beautiful sea view, big comfy bed!

Almost everything. The staff are polite friendly attentive helpful and very approachable. The hotel itself how it’s designed even though it’s not very huge place yet you still have your privacy, it’s clean and a very relaxing atmosphere. The sea water is absolutely amazing, you can really enjoy yourself there. The food are good as well. It was my first time but definitely not the last.

I really liked the place and all the staff were very helpful in dealing with the hotel guests. The most important features of the place are that it is very safe for children and the food is delicious and worth the money we paid. Situated in Ain Sokhna, 34 km from Suez Canal, Elite Residence & Aqua Park boasts a restaurant. firstly, their customer service is really good, including talking to them before arrival and at the time of booking and whilst we were there. they were really supportive, helpful and understanding. secondly, their hotel is very clean. thirdly, their buffet for breakfast and dinner has a variety of delicious food and is well prepared and the staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming too just like all the staff in the hotel. fourthly, we really enjoyed using the indoor pool as it was heated and it was good to use during winter. hope they can arrange to start heating the outdoor pools too. I know most hotels don’t offer this service but their cleanliness and pest control was to the best. their beach is clean and sandy too and they also provide water sports too such as jet ski. Waleed has tried his best in arranging for us to check in early and we were really happy with him and the other staff. Their customer service is one of the best. They have welcomed us really well and were very polite. I will look forward in visiting the same hotel again soon. We’ve informed family about this hotel too and will inform friends too thank you very much for your service.
