Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. This place is a gem in Banya! The quality of service and amenities are outstanding! The staff was really friendly and accommodating! Made you feel cared for! The food was also really fresh and delicious! It was well catered ,and accommodating of people's diets i felt! We stayed at one of the houses and it was specious and well thought out for bigger groups! I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa place of "Braden-Baden" standards in Bulgaria!

At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Seven Springs Hotel has a restaurant, two outdoor mineral water pools heated all year long, a garden and terrace in Banya. The hotel features family rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

The Djangal is situated in peaceful surroundings next to a mountain creek and on a pedestrian street, 500 metres from the centre of Bansko and 800 metres from the ski lift. An amazing Bulgarian style hotel, very clean and although in a quiet area, it's close to everything. Close to the gondola, to the centre, and to the old town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Will surely visit again. A family run business which is efficient in every way.
