Barceló Funchal Oldtown se află în localitatea Funchal din regiunea Insulele Madeira, la 6 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Almirante Reis și la 400 m de Marina do Funchal, și include un bar. This might’ve been my favourite accommodation out of our whole trip (we stayed in 5 different accommodations including this one, as we were travelling all around Portugal). This is a fairly new hotel but it is very high end, has wonderful staff, and location is superior. One of our highlights was the rooftop bar/pool you see in the photos. View was absolutely stunning. It’s steps away from the pier/marina, main city centre and tons of restaurants around. We plan to return to Madeira and spend more days there and we’ll be definitely staying here again. Hope this place succeeds and will still be here when we come back in a few years! Also, the prices were such a steal for high end this hotel is - I’m assuming it’s because it’s a new hotel.

Totul a fost excepțional,personal extrem de amabil si profesionist,curățenie impecabila,servicii ireproșabile, mic dejun super bogat,pozitie excelenta ,un hotel de 5* în adevăratul sens al cuvântului, recomandam sa încercați, noi sigur vom revenii.

Location in the middle of everything, 15 min walk to downtown, Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, big pool and good facilities.

Cu o locație ideală în centrul orașului Funchal, NEXT - by Savoy Signature pune la dispoziție camere cu aer condiționat, o piscină în aer liber, WiFi gratuit și un centru de fitness. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a very nice area with shops and restaurants and pretty close to the center.

Pestana CR7 Funchal se află pe insula pitorească Madeira şi este rezultatul unui parteneriat între Pestana Hotels și renumitul fotbalist Cristiano Ronaldo. Beautiful views, very clean,great location and excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Hotel Madeira is a 3-star hotel in Funchal's city centre, close to shops and restaurants. It offers free WiFi access. Each room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer. Good location. The room was clean and had a courtyard which was really, really nice. The noise isolation in the room was excelent. I did not hear any noise during the night. We used the pool and it was very nice as well.

Set within tropical gardens on Madeira Island, this charming guesthouse features far-reaching sea views and 2 outdoor seawater pools, one of which is heated in winter period. Everything about it. Yes the rooms look dated but I love the rustic look

Hotel Catedral offers elegantly decorated rooms in Funchal’s city centre. It features panoramic views of the area. It also offers free WiFi, as well as free parking. Hotelul este foarte bine situat în centrul orașului, la câțiva pași de restaurante, magazine, port. Mobilier vintage, dar confortabil. Terasa de pe acoperiș are o vedere frumoasă. Am avut parcare gratuită la vreo 300 metri de proprietate. Camere mari, curate, patul confortabil. Mic dejun repetitiv, dar consistent, cafea naturală bună. Fructele foarte bune și aromate.

Oferind vedere la Golful din Funchal, acest hotel bine proiectat pune la dispoziție unități de cazare luxoase în parcul Santa Caterina. Hotelul are un design mai aparte, mi-a plăcut foarte mult piscina exterioara și felul cum era îngrijită gradina. Micul dejun a fost sub forma de bufet, a fost foarte variat și proaspăt. Fructe proaspete, ceea ce ne-a plăcut tare. Ca și localizare are un view foarte frumos și este în zona bună (central).
