As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.

As the hotel is based on the edge of the business district, the view from the room and the service were astonishing: we arrived before check-in and left our luggage at the reception, and when we returned, the luggage was already delivered to our rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities and free water/coffee/tea. The price for our night was lower than that of other hotels, but the quality most definitely exceeded.

In the heart of the Minato-Mirai area, just a minute's walk from Minato-Mirai Station, The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu offers spacious rooms with a balcony, spectacular views of Minato-Mirai and free... The view outside of the room is very nice. The location is at the shopping mall and is very convenient. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

A 5-minute walk from JR Yokohama Train Station, Hotel The Knot Yokohama offers rooms with free WiFi. Minato Mirai Subway Station and Yokohama Museum of Art are a 15-minute train ride away. Family had breakfast @ Smoke Room. They were open early, which was convienent as we were still on Pacific/Hawaii time. The food and service was great. The hotel location was also perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
