BED The bed was extremely comfortable. ROOFTOP POOL oved the rooftop pool however wished the water was colder. It was also nice to be near the beach which was a bonus and the location great. STAFF We engaged with the staff and what lovely people. Mimi and Rosie were so lovely and was always available to help and chat. The gentleman/porter was just as lovely and always smiling. The hotel is definately lucky to have such kind, friendly and engaging staff.

The room was large, clean and felt luxurious. Lots of tv channels with plenty of them in English. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and many of the dishes changed daily,so it didn’t get boring. Location was brilliant. It was close to the beach (stop dropping your cigarette butts though people!) and there were heaps of great restaurant and cafe options right on the hotel’s doorstep. We would happily return!

Arriving at Glomad Hotel for our first stay in Vietnam was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by the lovely team who not only gave us all the necessary information we needed but gave us recommendations for authentic food close by to the hotel and I tell you, the food was AMAZING. When we got to our room, it was lovely, everything was clean, it had a great interior, and great shower pressure and it was just what we needed for our stay! The hotel is very close to the beach, so my mother and I enjoyed a couple of nice walks in the morning and at night. The breakfast was great, we are not used to having heavy meals for breakfast (e.g. rice) but we enjoyed every mouthful of it and got to also fall in love with Vietnamese coffee! There was a good spread of food that kept us going for a day full of activities. We were so thankful to the members of staff and were in complete admiration of their diligence and desire to make others feel welcomed without expectation of anything in return. This is not the customer service we are used to, so we are utmost grateful for their diligence, friendliness and genuine care from the moment we arrived, to when we were leaving. When it was time to leave – they continued to exemplify this by insisting to help us down the stairs with our very heavy suitcases! Thank you so much GLOMAD Hotel, we loved our stay. We cannot recommend you enough and hope that others would choose you as their chosen hotel as it was a great experience. Fantastic location to get around.

One of the better budget options in Da Nang. I was initially given a room that was different to photos, but once clarified, I was switched to the correct room. Daily housekeeping is very thorough compared to other hotels, so the room is always clean. View from window was okay. Hotel itself is clean and organised.
