Bad customer service, they cannot solve problems themselves, contact Booking, they change the entrance code, they do not communicate, the shower siphon is clogged,, Stained toilets, bad smell in the room, a bathroom for 6 beds is uncomfortable, etc. I would not recommend if you want to have a good and pleasant stay, for me cleanliness is essential.They make noise, that's normal and it doesn't bother me.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Sliema is lovely - very well connected with lots of shops and good restaurants and bars open late, with some amazing views of Valletta. The water taxi is easy and relatively cheap across to Valletta too - a perfect location if you don't fancy paying the higher prices of the main city. Perfect base if you want to explore the island. Plenty of buses on the promenade that will take you to the bus station in Valletta in 15 minutes. From there you can travel anywhere. The city’s promenade, lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops, provides stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby capital, Valletta. Sliema's central location makes it convenient for day trips to other parts of the island, and the frequent ferry service to Valletta is both quick and scenic. The city is also known for its lively atmosphere and excellent shopping options, from local boutiques to international brands. There are plenty of dining choices, offering everything from traditional Maltese cuisine to global fare. The nightlife in Sliema is energetic, with numerous bars and clubs to enjoy. However, Sliema can be quite busy, especially during peak tourist season, and the construction of new developments can sometimes detract from its charm. Despite this, the convenience, beautiful seafront, and array of activities make Sliema a fantastic destination for any traveler visiting Malta.

Traffic congestion due to narrow roads. A lot of construction. Beautiful sights. A lot to do. Many forts and churches. Multiple boat ride options. Hoop off hoop on was very affordable and worked well. Cab availability was great and most expensive fare was $30.00, usually about $20.00/ trip. Many restaurants were within walking distance, (less than 1 mile.). Beautiful city, no crime, a lot to see. Felt safe everywhere.

Very good public transport network included ferries to Valetta. If you would like to experience the culture then you would be in for a huge disappointment. It seemed to me that Maltese nation totally abandoned their culture in favour to tourism.

Very nice roof pool, Great kitchen (we used half board option) Unfortunately we had to cancel half of our stay due to unexpected problems and we're grateful for all the help and support related to our situation We hope to come back to this place again!
