The location is good.
The rooftop is amazing, I would sit there at sunset and listen to the call to prayer from the local mosque.
The host was very good.
Clean, comfortable, safe.
The luxurious Efendi Hotel features a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the old city , 2 minutes from the parking lot...our host was so sweet old lady, welcomed us with warm smile we felt like living in our home...the room is so clean and spacious, but because it's winter time unfortunately the blankets were more summery, the room was very cold but fortunately there was a good air conditioner in the room...nice to have a coffee machine and a microwave...also we received a fruit plate for welcoming us...nothing can beat Arab Palestinian hospitality 👌🏻
Built into Acre's city walls, the Akkotel-Boutique Hotel is just 50 metres from the seafront. It features a roof terrace with Mediterranean-Sea and Old-City views, and rooms with vaulted ceilings.

What a beautiful hotel. There were two locations about 10 metres apart. Both were lovely. There were so many nice touches in the decorating and design. The room exceeded my high expectations. The staff was so helpful during our stay. They went beyond expectations. Thank you to all, especially Mohammed and Lana, who helped arrange the next part of our trip under difficult circumstances in October 2023.

Lovely hosts, offered us Arabic coffee and homemade pastries in the morning while having a chat. The flat was stunning at the top of a very traditional house.

The location is great, in the old town, overlooking Acre port. The unit had shared kitchen and living room and 3 rooms, in our case we were the only couple staying in the property , so we had a lot of space. The kitchen is well equipped and new, the whole property is nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our time at the property and in Acre. The room was great value for money.

The interior of the apartment was beautifully renovated. The furniture and bed were quite comfortable.
A fascinating blend of cultures. This ancient city has incredible architecture going back centuries, beaches, amazing markets along with a huge number of things to see and do.
It is expensive - we could not afford the top end restaurants and most of the exhibits charge entry.
Drive out of the city for even more....
This was my favourite stop in Israel and I would have liked to stay a week.

Lovely place well worth a visit. Friendly people, stunning old town and many good restaurants. Bustling tiny souk and impressive templar landmarks. Biggest positive impression was the nice inhabitants.

1 night 2 days was perfect. Had a great wander. Did the Templar Tunnels, found the best hummus in the world. Did a cooking lesson with a local. Akko is just the most lovely old city. Full of art and food and magnificent views. Hard to believe how ancient it is. It is so well kept. The locals have much pride. It is so clean. It was such a highlight.

Acco or Acre in English is a very old town dating from Canaanite times. It became the second capital of the Crusader kingdom (after Jerusalem) and was heavily fortified. after the crusader defeat by the Mamlukes it was partly destroyed, but was revived by the Ottomans, expanded and further fortified. It resisted Napoleon's siege and was no conquered. Dotted with historic sites, you become transported into Medieval times. Serious conservation efforts are apparent but hampered by budgetary constraints. Museums and Acre prison are well worth a visit. excellent seafood and Palestininan cuisine options.

The citadel is not to be missed.
The citadel is not to be missed. Excellent restaurants (fish is essential). I was surprised such a touristic site, UNESCO Cultural Heritage, was anyway not clean as it should.
The really too loud music on the horse carriage is unbearable.

Akko is an authentic old city mainly with arabic residents and culture, what adds a special feeling and atmosphere to it. Main positive thing is that people really live in old city, its is not a museum jet.
Excellent middle eastern themed breakfast. Acre is tiny. It is impossible to be far from any of the attractions. Uri Buri restaurant is around the corner. This is well known restaurant in Israel with a celebrity chef, despite its location and small size. The room is in an ancient building with thick stone walls. Super modern hotel features are superimposed on the old stone walls, like microwave, modern shower, LED lighting, motorized window shades. We connected with Micha who became our tour guide on our last day. Wonderful companion.
Our visit was great, we wish we stayed longer!
The location of the place is amazing, right by the beach, you have a balcony with amazing view right on the ocean.
The room and the hostel were really clean, the bed was super comfy and we just adored the style and all the small details in this place, nice chill zones and a self served bar!
The staff was super friendly, we even got upgraded to a bigger room because it was available.
Super clean, super comfortable, and a far better value than most other hotels we have stayed in during our trip to Israel. Small touches like comfortable pillows, full size towels, a nice TV, coffee/ tea/ water in the room are so appreciated. I suspect Akko will be extremely developed in the next 10 years and that properties like these will be 3x as expensive soon. Book now and have a wonderful time while you still have the chance.
Great location in the Old Town of Akko near the Land Gate. It is an old but well maintained building with the charm - interiors are very pleasant for eyes. Our room and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well too. Chalid - the manager was the most helpful person we have met thru our journey in Israel. He recommended us good places to eat, places to visit and provided free of charge parking for the car.
The hotel has a great location next to the beach, close to the city center and Old City. There is free parking if required. The hotel has its own swimming pool that we enjoyed during our stay. Since it was May, it was quiet and cozy to stay here. The room and bathroom are spacious and cleaning was done every day. Overall, the stay here was relaxing and pleasant.
This is a beautiful little hotel in the center of the Old City of Akko. It is run by a mother a daugher, Anwar and Ayat who did everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic! Thank you Anwar and Ayat for making our stay in Akko so special and we would definitely like to come again.
The place is perfect itself (old house and you can find a free place for car nearby) but the best is the owner who can help you in every way you need. Also he is interesting person to talk about city and politic situation in Israel. Also he did a nice tour for us showing secret places of Acra old town next day morning.
It was an outstanding hotel. Very good location. The architecture and decor was even better than the photographs.
The breakfast was superb, beautifully served in a pleasant atmosphere.
All staff were friendly and helpful
A thoughtful touch was the provision of earplugs.
Staff was very helpful in all aspects. Room was great. We had all we need. We were very close to the center and Hotel help us to make a reservation in the Uri Buri restaurant for the same day of our arrival. very friendly and helpful.
Breathtaking and unique hotel! So beautiful and elegant. I enthusiastically recommend it, especially for a romantic getaway. Every aspect, from the exquisite rooms to the gourmet breakfast, exceeded our expectations!
Will definitely stay again! Would recommend to anyone! It’s more of an Airbnb style hotel but very quaint and comfortable! We could tell the host tried to be welcoming by the little details in the room
the room was good, clean and enough for what you need for sleeping. the owner called us to know where we would be and she gave us complimentary fruit. thank you! the hotel is in the center
