Fint område med pool, reception och gym. Lugnt och tyst, enkelt och bra instruktioner för att komma in i lägenheten. Hade en fråga så jag mailade värden och fick direkt svar. Lätt att checka in och ut.

Spotless clean, comfortable place close to the Everglades National Park. It served us, a group of 4 people, very well for 2 nights. The arrival instructions were precise and we didn't have any problem with the check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, small coffee pot etc.). I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.

Merrit island waterfront house lots of parking har utsikt över sjön och erbjuder boende med en uteplats och vattenkokare, 21 km från Port Canaveral. thus was by far the best accompdation of our Florida roadtrip. newly furbished house with excellent kitchen (and everything you need to cook), new washing machine/dryer. the garden is great, too. our little one loft to run around and play. it was very clean and check-in was easy thanks to good instructions of the owners.

Playa Esmeralda Vacation Home Up To 14 People ligger i Bradenton Beach, 3 minuters promenad från Bradenton Beach, 1,2 km från Coquina Beach och 23 km från The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

Located in the heart of historic Key West, guests will be 1 minutes’ walk from Duval Street. A heated pool, daily continental breakfast, and free WiFi are provided. Heather and Kevin were so helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and very tidy. No complaints.
