The staff is very friendly and super helpful, especially Mr. Turan. The room is spacious and had a nice terrace attached to it. The breakfast is a standard basic continental menu. I wasn’t expecting much at this price tag anyway. There's also private free parking that belongs to the hotel, which I was very greatful for.

The location was fairly easy to get to driving and a short taxi ride from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The front desk called us a taxi to get to the airport which came very quickly.

It was not easy to get around Izmir as there were not signs in English. And there were not booklets in English for tourists to be well oriented in the city.
We enjoyed the boat trip and walked along the seaside.

So many things to see on day trips from the area: Ephesus, Pamukkale and Hieropolis, Cesme, etc. What's left of old part of town is worth a visit as are the remains of the ancient Greco-Roman town (though a lot is currently closed off). Much of the city by the water is 'new' because of the destruction of the 1922 fire, which is sad. But a great experience overall (even the taxi drivers are nice and honest, and the weather was much better than in Istanbul). Definitely want to go back.

Also very interesting part is Dario Moreno street where you have very nice bars and nightlife. At the end you can rich with elevator to the top restaurant with magnificent view of the city.
Appeared to good hotel which was a surprise for me, as I tried many hotels in Izmir, this one is really one of the best.
Veeery friendly stuff and very helpful.
Free Parking for cars availabe
Breakfast was more or less ok
Quite clean in rooms , which in Turkey especially in Izmir , is a very rare indeed, bed linen , towels were clean, although there was a well seen dust on the lampshades and some other surfaces , and not all bulbs worked in lamps
Nice modern design in the room
Compliment water in room was renewed every day
We took 3 rooms for 6 nights for the 7 of us. Each one of us loved the location. It's a hotel with a small entrance right of the street. This hotel staff is extremely courteous...the location is perfect. Close walking distance to many restaurants and other hotels. The room sizes in suites rooms are big, much bigger than other hotels around... This hotel is a high value for money... I would definitely be staying here next time I am in Izmir for work.
The property was close to the station and bus stop from the bus terminal. It was in a street full of old hotels which had seen better days and better clientele, but it was close to everything, especially if you had an Izmir Card which covered all forms of public transport including ferries. The hotel was excellent as was breakfast and the staff were very helpful although lacking in English skills. The price was helpful as well.
We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, tidy and had all facilities (AC, balcony, kettle, etc). The breakfast was very nice and rich. The location of the hotel was very good, near Izmir attraction park. Amazing staff, especially Mr.Mustapha the best of all. He was very helpful and nice to have around. My mom and I really enjoyed talking and chatting with him. He is very outgoing and welcoming.
The guy at the Reception (unfortunately I don´t know his name) was very helpful and knows a lot about the city and transportation
Best breakfast in Turkey, we were really surprised by the variety and quality. Amazing selection of olives and cheeses, they even have a beehive with honey
The hotel has a prime location near the Basane metro/rail station and also a short walk to the bazaar in Izmir
Cleanliness, location, view, staff, roof top pool with the view was amazing.
Everything was amazing, I really recommend it.
For us it was really convenient as it is located in the city center, most of the attractions in walking distance. The hotel is located next to the sea and I highly recommend the rooms with sea view. Alsancak district in walking distance.
The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating, they were able to upgrade our room. The adjoining breakfast cafe/bar was a wonderful place to start and end our days. The hotel is very inviting and there is a nice common area to meet other travelers to Izmir. This hotel was a great home base for our stay in Izmir.
The hotel is well located, near from Konak and Alsancak and the sea (10 minutes walking). Easy to reach also, because near of the train station.
Breakfast is the tipical Turkish breakfast, of course it was good. Staff was good also. I recommend, if I need to come back to Izmir and I need a hotel, I'll remember.
The hotel is located in the heart of Izmir, in a very nice area and very close to the coastal promenade. The stuff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and the room was spotless. The design of the room was also very modern.
The hotel and my room were conveniently located in the Izmir International and Domestic terminal section, quiet, with restaurants and shopping readily available. It was also very quiet and clean. Staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.
We’ll located 5 star luxury and modern hotel with spacious room full of facilities. Welcome Turkish delight. Clean and fresh. Large bed, soft pillows. Swimming pool, gym and spectacular view of sky bar. Very good parking service.
Amazing view, clean, modern, large jacuzzi, nice breakfast. Simple reception. It is the only branch in Turkey and honestly saying it does compete with big hotel names.
You iOS/ android phones do connect on the Tv.
House keeping Staff M. Ali, Front House staff Mr. Ramazan and Mrs. Melten..please accept my apology if any mistake in spelling..they are bring 5 star services in this hotel..you MUST appreciate their efforts.
This hotel is in the heart of the Alsancak neighborhood in Izmir, moments away to plenty of great restaurants and shops. The staff was absolutely amazing, helping us with everything we needed.
Great location in Alkansac. The staff at the hotel spoke a bit of English and were very easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if in Izmir we would definitely stay there again
I mostly booked this hotel because of the balcony seating area. And although we spent most of our time in Alsancak, we enjoyed the walk from the hotel. The Izmir Kulture Park is minutes away.
